Our Services

I offer virtual 50-minute couples therapy sessions, providing personalized, evidence-based support grounded in the Gottman Method. I have completed Gottman level 1 and 2 training, which is a research-based approach to strengthening relationships, improving communication, and rebuilding connection. Together, we strive to foster a deeper understanding, resolve conflicts, and lay the groundwork for a lasting and mutually beneficial partnership.

A virtual group therapy program for individuals experiencing Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviours (BFRBS) is currently in development. This group will provide a supportive and understanding space for connecting with others, sharing experiences, and developing skills for healing and growth.
